Hi Guys. I must be missing something fundamental, haven't used a Picaxe for a few years. 28x2 chip readadc a.1,bo (or any adc input and any memory location) I can only get a reading of 1-15 not 0 - 255 Center pin of POT swings from 0 - 5v never had this type of problem with other chips...
