Does anyone out there no of a pic circuit that will control a 3 axis stepper motor control building my own 3 axis cnc machine and need to build a control board for it cheers

I have the software installed from the website and have just purchased the USB cable to download onto chip but when i plug it in a install wizard window opens asking to install but nothing works tried following the information on the site to no avail any help in this will be much appreciated
