how would i use this chip to make a rapid fire mod for an xbox 360 controller?

which one would i get in order to program a pic to rapidfire on my controller? i dont want the audiojack thingy tho.... just rapidfire chip..... and what would be the best "script" or whatever to program the chip to for rapidfire?
