Help with axe027 drivers

Hi,

I recently purchased a USB download from school lead so I could program for a project at home. I installed the drivers as the included pdf guide said and the latest picaxe program, but I get the message:

Serial port error - port not present or already in use

Can someone help me please? I'm doing this for a GCSE project, so it's kind of urgent.

Goto View -> options and select the "serial Port" tag.
Click refresh and you should see a list of available ports.
Select the one that is used by the USB port you have plugged into.
If you are not sure, try any of the available ones until it works, then make a note for next time.
