I am running the latest version of programming editor.
On startup, the "options" screen opens asking me to select which chip to program.
I can click on any chip, but then the program freezes.
I tried re-installing, but the problem re-appears. After completely un-installing, I had a look to see if the programming editor folder is still there. It is not, so I dont think its anything hanging around from the previous version.
I am running XP x64 bit edition. I don't know if this is the problem?
The com port does work with other programs...
