Go though the process of downloading the software again, but say that you are a pre-registered user. Enter in your details and make sure that the e-mail address that you supplied is corect, according to those in Rev. Ed's records. When you get to the download page, the password should have been sent to you. You do not have to downlaod the software again, though. Also make sure that any software (or your ISP) is not blocking the e-mail as spam.
