Programming Editor on WinXP 64

I've installed the Programming Editor on WinXP 64 Pro, and when running or checking syntax I get this error message: "Error:5Invalid procedure call or argument". This mean I can't program the PICAXE from a WinXP 64. Is there any workaround? Are you planning to release a 64bit version of the Programming Editor?

The software is not current compatible. We are working on an upgrade.

Any expected date for that?
