Try checking your e-mail address. It is easy to slip and press one wrong key sending the password to a non-existant or other e-mail address.
If you are unsure whetehr you typed it in correctly or not, you can go to the link to download the software again. This should bring up your profile page where you can update and check your e-mail address and other information. Save your information, ensuring that your e-mail address is correct, and then check your e-mail for the password - you DO NOT have to download the program again, however. You should pretty much receive the password immediately.
Also check that any spam filters you may have are not deleting the e-mail before you get to read it.
