I recently installed the Programming Editor on my computer. However, when I try to download a programme or check the syntax of the programme, I get an error: "Error: 5 Invalid Proceedure Call or Argument. Another person has also experienced this problem and user "Technical" said that the compiler files are 16-bit. I run Windows Xp 64Bit edition and all 16-bit applications are incompatible with it. This is probably the root cause of the problem.
Is there going to be a 32/64-Bit edition release of the PICAXE compiler files?
