Hey,

I found these modules a fair while ago and they have also been mentioned on these forums not too long ago.

Here is a datasheet: http://www.radiometrix.com/pdf/bim1.pdf

Has anyone ever used these modules? or Does anyone know how much these cost?

I sent an email a little while ago asking for a (AU) price, so we will see if they reply.

They seem a very nice upgrade from 433/434 if you need another freq wich you will interfere with less (i think), and the RSSI thing looks very nice too.

Experience? Prices?

hmmm... Let me know about the price. I've seen them on the back cover of a many issue of Silicon Chip but never considered them as I though they would be a little (or very...) pricey...

not good news im afraid...

i got an email about the prices... here they are (this is for the transciver)
1-2 3-9 10-49 50-99 100-249
120.00 110.00 102.00 96.60 89.90

These are AU prices, and at $240 for a set its getting all a bit posh for a little project...

Any prices from the UK?
Im getting prices on the seperate RX/TX modules too now.

Gussy, Have a look at the oatley electronics
http://www.oatleyelectronics.com/

Check out the remote control section, look at the transciever, $30.00 each.

Can you use this I've got them and they are pretty good
