Sorry if you interpreted my frustration as being aggressive. I will try not to upset people.

I have asked for help on this matter before,,dead silence almost.

Others have asked similar questions.
I have done a few searches but always come up empty handed.

I was beginning to wonder if Bit Banging was
a hoax or did it really have any merit.
(Hoax as in Windows 95 I bought that has USB
Support printed on the disk, "as if", Gates you owe me money)

After reading some of the posts on timing I thought that IR may be out of the question
but then I found other posts that suggest,
don't give up yet, I am still reading up
on that one.

Thank you hippy, I think I have already tried
that code or a similar one, but I will check that
out again. As with some of the TX RX gear
unless you have sophisticated test gear it is very
hard to find a problem sometimes.
