We are having problems wih Programmer starting up and then pulling up a program called Eclipse the system then falls down

Hi i have noticed this eclipse poping up but we have had no problems with the software not running we initually had a problem with the splash screen at the start but this is cured by loggin in as administrator and running the software, What version of RM are you running CC3 / 2.4
