I am registered and have received my password via email. Whenever I click on the download link (Not yet registered or already registered) I am asked for user name and password. Once supplied instead of beginning download I am directed to the registration page with my details already complete. My only option is to click register which causes my passwork to be sent via email again and the registration page presents again. An endless circle but no download. What am I missing?

...after you click "Register", a page should come up with:
