Error 53

Ihave doenload and instaled latest version and xp sv.p 2 patch. The program works but when i go to download the basic program to the picaxe 08 chip i get "cannot find the file C:\program files\Programming Editor\picprog\picaxe08.exe (or one of its components) How can i get this program to work?

 

go to C:\windows\repair, copy the file autoexec.nt if there is one, paste in C:\windows\system32
