Datalogger Wizard Problem

When I try to run the standard datalogger programme, I get an "error ic2 slave command not supported in this mode" message. I am very new to all this. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

You've selected a PICAXE Device which doesn't support the commands the Datalogger requires.

From the Menu of the Programming Editor, select View, Options, PICAXE-18X and everything should then be okay.

Thanks hippy. I hadn't realised that I was using the wrong chip!
