Printing the manual

I have downloaded the new editor successfully but am not able to print a hard copy of the manual fro Acrobat. Some text appears such as the 'Revolution' footers but pages 101,102 and 103 are the only pages to print. Page 100 just fades out half way but the short listing at the bottom appers ok. I'm running Windows XP

 

This a printer memory or acrobat installation problem - try from a different computer.

All Rev-Ed .pdf files can be printed.
