Hi, im tring to install picaxe on to a ranger network localy onto a machine logging on as administrator with no restrictions but when i try to install it crashes saying h:\ is an invalid drive, is their a way to force it on to the local hdd c:\.

There is nothing within the installer that will by default direct to drive h:, this is some king of setting on your computer that is confusing the installer. Try to place the install file into a clean, new folder and make sure the installer service update has been applied (see the software page of this website).

Cheers worked like a dream, it must default to the drive where the executable runs from, i was running it from the h:\ drive hense the h:\ error.
