Programming Editor 4.1.4

I understand that V4.1.4 is now available but when I try to install it I still have V4.1.2. The previous feedback on this forum suggests that the 4.1.4 version is now available for upgrading but it does not happen for me. Can you help please?

John, i had similar problem.

SOLUSION.
when installed version 4.1.2 ,download the patch for v4.1.0 (or later),(1.5MB) to upgrade to version 4.1.4
