Public Speaker Timer project

Howdy folks,

Attached is my latest project, presented for your approval and criticism.

This is a Public Speaker Timer, built at the request of a great friend. It uses a standard traffic light to indicate it's okay to speak (green, 45 minutes), start wrapping up (yellow, 5 minutes) and sit down, you're finished (red, 0 minutes.)

Excellent write-up, and we're glad you enjoyed your PICAXE experience.

One thing which might be good to add is a short overview of how the software works - though it's pretty self explanatory in the nature of the project. Just one or two line hints about the general processing loop, how DS1307 numbers aren't pure decimal, how commands have to be formatted for LCD display. Nothing too deep, just something to give a little more insight into the software side without having to dive into the code.

@Hippy Excellent idea, yes I'd better add an introduction and "how it works" section. I'm on it.
