The latest version still prompts to save an empty document:

1) Launch Programming Editor.
2) Open a saved program.
3) Close the Untitled document that was open; it will prompt you to save even though it is blank and wasn't modified.

Also, closing a saved document that wasn't modified prompts you to save it:

1) Launch Programming Editor.
2) Open a saved program.
3) Close the document window without making any changes; it will prompt to save.

The latest revision 4.1.4 seems to be the same as 4.1.2 ie no corrections.
