I want to let PicAxe editor run on different computers without installation (USB stick or Copy from CD). A simple copy of the program path is not enough unfortunately. The editor hangs on startup. Are still files in the Windows or System32 directory needed? Can I somehow managed to get this programming environment runs without installation? I have no rights to registry...Thank you

The Programming Editor, like most Windows programs, relies on access to files which need to be installed in System32 and so on and registered with the Windows OS to use them.
The short answer is 'no', you need to use the installation program to put all fles in the correct places and register the program and other files properly.
