Technically Rev-Ed have, with the Programming Editor and cross-platform AXEpad; those are both integrated IDE's for PICAXE.

The Programming Editor integrates everything, source editing, flowcharting, wizards, compilers, programmers / downloaders, debug displays, simulation. AXEpad does the same except does not support flowchart programming or simulation.

Perhaps I'm not understanding what you are getting at. There's no need to integrate anything as it's already integrated, no need to grapple with making a variety of tools work together.

There's some things that bug me about the AXEpad, sorry.

It's just some little things like when you hit 'Tab' those boxes pop up (is there a way to disable that?).
