RF Remote + Portable Power Supply All In One

This remote should prove both as a useful tool for my future projects, and already has been a terrific learning experience.
With a little prior planning, I was able to make sure that the tiny Pololu volt boost in this project may still be used as a breadboard or other 5v power supply.

When you do not have your programming adapter inserted, the serial-in line on your PICaxe is floating. This may likely cause spurious problems.
