Password Problem

After I download the software, I type in the password that was emailed me, but the OK box is greyed out. The OK box remains greyed out no matter how many characters are typed in the password box.

I have downloaded the software 3 times now with the same result. Please help.

It sounds more like a problem with the password than a download issue.

Check that you are using the latest password and not a password which was used for earlier downloads, it did change a while ago.

I'm not sure if the password is case-sensitive, but also check that you don't have caps-lock on.

I'm using the password that they sent today and I made sure my caps were not locked.

But the OK button is still greyed out. Shouldn't it become available when there are 12 characters in the password box?

Sorry, my mistake. I was mistyping the password.
